Shipping And Tracking

GIPSY provides flexible shipping methods to help you save freight or time.

Order handling time

After orders are paid, the warehouse department generally takes 3-6 working days (Affected by hot-sales season or public holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-10 working days) for quality inspection, packaging, and then delivery to the logistics center for shipment.

Shipping methods

As a factory clothing platform, in order to help customers obtain more cost-effective shipping services, GIPSY provides customers in North America, Europe, and other countries and regions with flexible shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, Sea Cargo, USPS, DHL e-commerce, etc.
Before placing an order, you will see all available shipping methods, the corresponding shipping time, and the freight for each shipping method. Generally, faster shipping time corresponds to a higher freight rate, you can choose it according to your needs.
DHL, UPS, FedEx, Air Cargo, and
Sea Cargo does not support shipping addresses with "P.O.BOX" or "BOX". If you choose the above shipping method, please be sure to fill in the accurate shipping address.

Shipping time

Affected by Covid-19, the international logistics shipping time has been extended more than usual, and the freight rates of logistics companies have been at a relatively high level, which has become a common problem in the world.
Each shipping method corresponds to a different shipping time, and the logistics company will deliver the package within the time agreed upon by the current shipping method.
The shipping method you choose means that you agree to or accept the shipping time required for that shipping method.
In case of irresistible factors (bad weather, shipping congestion, special festivals, etc.) the shipping time may be postponed correspondingly. This should not be your reason for after-sales or disputes about the order.
During major holidays such as Christmas, order processing and delivery time will be forced to be extended accordingly. In order not to affect your sales, it is recommended that you arrange your purchase plan in advance.

Tracking your packages

We provide complete and timely logistics information tracking for all orders in GIPSY.
Only the packages that have been packaged and sent to logistics companies can be tracked with logistics information.
You can track the orders on the App (Android / iOS) or Website.

Shipping & Returns

Within the United States

All orders ship fast within the United States and Canada. Most orders will arrive between 1-14 business days.

International Orders

Orders to Canada shipped but may be subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border. Most orders will arrive between 2-3 business weeks.


If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us at +1-226-926-1257 within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return. International orders may be subject to additional shipping to return the purchase. All returns are the responsibility of the customers GIPSY does NOT cover the cost of shipping any returns or duty fees and will be taken off any returns refunds. This may change in the future.

Shipping and Delivery
Usually, it takes 1 to 7 working days to prepare the items. (Due to the impact of the epidemic, it may be 2 to 4 days)
Due to global events, for now, it will take 11-18 days for delivery.

If your order is under this delivery frame time, please kindly wait for delivery.
Each transit detail will be updated in "My Orders" after logging in.

* Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
* Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.
In order to provide a faster and safer logistics experience, GIPSY pioneered the use of DDP services.
GIPSY will charge GST in advance when you place the order, and then help you arrange a customs agent and/or another representative on your behalf of you to complete the relevant import taxes. You only need to patiently wait for the arrival of the package which is more convenient, safer, and more efficient.
During peak sale season, the delivery time of your package(s) may take a little bit longer. Thanks for your patience
